Homebuying 101 class in Spanish
The North Shore Community Development Coaltion is excited to share that we have expanded our Homebuying 101 Courses to be offered in Spanish!
Our first course for Spanish speakers will be Saturday, July 12th and 19th in the Salem Point Neighborhood at North Shore CDC's Community Room.
The Homebuying Mentors take participants through the entire home buying process and participants receive a 2 year certification that allows for access to first-time homebuyer loans with low interest rates and low down payments.
