Nia Fitness Classes

Please note, class times are 9:15-10:15am.

A Nia class blends dance, martial arts, and yoga to create a dynamic cardio workout. The choreography includes basic moves executed at varying speeds and in different styles, including muscle-warming stances, heart-pumping karate kicks, freeform movement, and poses that stretch, balance, and align the body. 


Through Nia practice, you learn to increase awareness of your body and it is designed for any body. Each person is invited to move at his or her own level of intensity, adapting the moves to their body’s potential at any given moment, balancing technical precision with free-form expression.
