Holiday Coping Skills Lecture at Peabody Council on Aging 

Dr. Jonathan Inz will be the guest speaker at the Peabody Council on Aging located at the Torgian Community Life Center, 79 Central Street, Peabody on Tuesday, October 29 at 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.  The topic of discussion will be Holiday Coping Skills.    Learn how to enjoy the holidays rather than stressing over them and put balance in your life for the New Year.   There is no fee, pre-registration is requested by calling the Peabody Council on Aging at 978-531-2254.   Walk-in guests are also welcome.

Dr. Jonathan Inz is a Licensed Psychologist with 25 years research and clinical experience working in the area of behavioral medicine and medical psychology.  He had been an instructor in psychology within Harvard Medical School at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.  He is founder and director of the Medical Psychology Center in Beverly MA.  Dr. Inz previously directed the Outpatient Psychiatry Service of Beverly Hospital.
