V E Harney for the second SUNDAY in the series, Kicking off the 2014 Summer Concert Series are a group trying to keep the BLUES ALIVE!.
Andrew Hacksaw Harney has played with the likes of the James
Montgomery Band, Harper and Midwest Kind and
Barrence Whitfield and the Savages. Andrew has his own
band, which will rock you with their blues, funk and jazz
fusion. As well as being the guitarist, audiences love when
Andrew pulls out his harmonica, or trombone! The band
consists of Rory Walsh on drums, Chris Noyes on Bass,
and Alex Walsh on keys. Don't miss this bluesy quartet!!

The Salem Summer Concert Series is organized and produced by Mamadou
Diop, leader of the world fusion band MAMADOU. and by the City of
Salem.
Every Sunday the City of Salem sponsors the Peabody Street
Park Concert Series. The goal of this project is to bring the
communities of Salem together through music. This concert series is made
possible with the support of the City of Salem, the Mayor of Salem Kim
Driscoll, local businesses, musicians and performers. All are welcome to
