Home Used in Rob Zombie Movie is For Sale

'Lords of Salem' premiered at the Toronto Film Festival on Monday.

The Essex Street home that Rob Zombie filmed during his shoot for Lords of Salem last November is for sale, according to realtor.com. 

The home, located at 355 Essex St., can be yours for $450,000.

Brokered by Derek Green of The Greene Realty Group, realtor.com stats indicate the home, built in 1850, is 6369 square feet and has six fireplaces. 

The Green Realty Group website indicated the home has 15 rooms and 10 bedrooms.

Zombie's latest flick debuted at the Toronto Film Festival at 11:59 p.m. Monday. 

Zombie and crew spent hours at the site of the home, at Essex and Hamilton streets on the final day of his week-long shoot.
