Community Update

they are too busy to call back in a timely manner. They don't seem to mind that their "approved foster parents" are punishing children in a cruel manner. who tells a 9 year old child she will not see her extended family that is fighting for her that she can only see them once a month because she is "BAD" in school, Tell her that a bike won in a raffle is not hers, because the foster parent bought the ticket...and DCF does not seem to seea problem with the foster parent...nor seems to question them. this system is so beyond BROKEN. Take a child from an alcoholic home and put them somewhere to be mentally abused. THANK YOU DCF for doing you 're ....ummmm what is it called....what is the "BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD"!!! just another folder on your desk!
