'Tibet Arts & Healing' Coming Soon to Downtown Salem

After less than a year in business, Sugar Rush has closed its doors on Essex Street and Tibet Arts & Healing is moving in.
The storefront, located at 230 Essex St., was previously home to the bath-themed boutique Scrub.
