Salem Board to Talk Lolita Cocina, Vinny's Pizza, A&B Burgers Tonight
The Salem Licensing Board will meet this evening at the City Hall Annex on Washington Street.
The Salem Licensing Board is scheduled to sit down with representatives from three new downtown restaurants at their meeting Tuesday night.
A&B Burgers
We announced last week that A&B Burgers expects to open next month in the former home of Great Escape Restaurant on St. Peter Street, according to the new restaurant's co-owner, Thomas Holland.
The board is scheduled to consider the transfer of Great Escape Restaurant's All Alcohol Restaurant License.

Lolita Concina & Tequila Bar
The team behind The Red Lulu Cocina & Tequila Bar, which opened in Salem in October 2011, announced in August that the restaurant will be moving from its current Lafayette Street location to 118 Washington St.
In addition the move to the commercial space currently occupied by Fresh Taste of Asia, Red Lulu will be rebranded as Lolita Cocina & Tequila Bar.
The board will consider the transfer of the restaurant's All Alcohol Restaurant License.

Vinny's Pizza & Roast Beef
It looks like Giovanni's Pizza on Jefferson Avenue in Salem will will soon reopen as Vinny's Pizza and Roast Beef.
The board will consider an application for a Common Victualler’s and Entertainment License from Vinny’s Pizza & Roast Beef, Inc., which plans to open at 47 Jefferson Ave.
