Okea Grill & Sushi Finalizing Move to Jefferson Avenue

The Salem Licensing Board will meet with a representative of Okea Grill & Sushi Tuesday night.


The Salem Licensing Board will meet with a representative of Salem's Okea Grill & Sushi at their meeting Tuesday night to discuss the transfer of the business' Common Victualler's license.

The meeting, scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at the City Hall Annex on Washington Street, will feature a discussion regarding the sushi restaurant's move from Lafayette Street to their new spot at 293 Jefferson Ave., according to the posted agenda.

Other agenda items include the transfer of an annual Wine & Malt license and a Seasonal All Alcohol License to L&D Restaurant Group, doing business as The Howling Wolf Taqueria on Lafayette Street and a request for a Farmers' Market Wine License from Far From the Tree.
