3 Potato 4 has officially taken off.
The business, located inside at 60 Washington St. held its ribbon-cutting with the mayor, Salem of Chamber of Commerce and Salem Main Streets representatives as well as guests Tuesday afternoon.
The locally owned business specializes in "organic potato-fries," according to the business Facebook page and "thrives in [a] creative approach toward organic sustainability."

Dedicated to stressing the health benefits of potatoes, the 3 Potato 4 offers a variety of dipping sauces and fries without the fried part (they're baked).
