A&J King's Cookbook, 'Baking By Hand,' Rises On Amazon
The artisanal bakery's cookbook came out in late August and is already selling...dare we say it...like hotcakes.
Salem residents know how good the bread is at A&J King's.
Now the wider world is getting a taste via the publication of "Baking By Hand" by co-owners Andy and Jackie King. The book is already number 30 on Amazon.com's list of top-selling bread books.
In this video clip, the Central Street bakery's retail manager, Jess Mann, shows off the book and tells a bit about why the subtitle is "Making the Best Artisanal Breads and Pastries Better Without a Mixer."
