12th Annual Olde Salem Green 5K on March 23

Although there are plenty of races to choose from in the Salem, the Olde Salem Green 5K Cross Country Race is one of a kind. This is the 12th year the Salem Department of Park, Recreation & Community Services has hosted this race. 

The race begins promptly at 9 a.m. on Sunday, March 23rd. Online registration will remain open until March 21st at noon at $18 per entry; registration will be accepted the day of the race until 8:45 a.m. at the race site, for $20 per entry. For runners who are pre-registered bib number and shirt pick-up will be available on March 22nd from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Salem Senior Center, 5 Broad Street. A long sleeve tee shirt will be given out to the first 100 registrants.

The Olde Salem Green golf course offers a hilly course that will challenge any type of runner. This has been a long harsh winter and we would like runners of all abilities to join us March 23rd to ring in spring with the 5K.
