Salem YMCA Offers New Classes at Salem Senior Center; Staying Stronger Together

In a continued effort to share resources with the Salem community and encourage health and wellness for all residents, the Salem YMCA is now offering some fun and engaging classes at the Salem Senior Center for Salem residents 60 years and older.

Join experienced exercise instructors from the Salem Y for EnhanceFitness® classes combining three key components of fitness—strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning developed in the field of physical therapy with agencies serving older adults.

Join in the fun with Pilates, a class designed to improve flexibility, build strength, develop control and endurance in the whole human body. It emphasizes alignment, breathing and developing strong and improved coordination and balance.
