Of course I mean I photographed the bird. Today has been a great day for Urban Birding, I have sighted Cardinals, Juncos, Finches, Sparrows, Starlings, Gulls and to top it off a Cooper's Hawk. I live a short distance from downtown, yet the variety of birds that visit my backyard is amazing. Here is the shot :) of the Cooper's Hawk, it has captured a sparrow and may be disturbing to some but it is the circle of life.

I had a pheasant in my yard a couple weeks ago on mason street! Took some great pics and reported it online. It was the first time one was reported here!

That's a great find and exactly what I try to tell people about when I talk of Urban Birding. The Cooper's Hawk shot was taken on Barr Street. Congratulations on spotting a rare bird (rare for the area), spotting a rare one just makes everything more exciting. Recently got a shot of an Aberrant Laughing Gull (Basically a Laughing gull with orange legs and beak rather than black) and was quite happy to find out that they are rare, about 1 in 10,000. Thanks for the comment and keep looking :)
