         2013 Baseball and Softball Season

All Age Groups 4 to 12, Softball up to Age 16

Date: Tuesday, February 5, from 6pm - 8pm
Location: Salem Council on Aging – 5 Broad Street

Fees:  $65 T-Ball,  $120 Single Player Baseball/Softball,

$195 Two players, $245 Three+

TO REGISTER

  • Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The following materials are required:  license or Mass. ID, car registration or utility bill with current street address, and if a new player, copy of birth certificate
  • The child must be at least 4 years old by May 1st to meet minimum age requirement for T-Ball.

The City of Salem Council on Aging is dedicated to providing activities and supporting quality of life for residents aged 60 and older. In addition to maintaining the Senior Center, which is open during the weekdays, the Council on Aging sponsors events for seniors which include social outings, recreational activities and exercise opportunities. Transporation and wellness clinic services are also offered. Meals are served at the center for those with reservations. A home meal service is also available. Volunteers and social services are integral to the maintenance of the center. Salem Veterans Services is located on the third floor of the building. Be sure to stop by the Salem Council on Aging or check the website for a regularly updated calendar of events.

A monthly newsletter from the Council on Aging, entitled "Senior Power" is also available for a small annual donation.
