Salem, Mass. is a wonderful city to explore on the run, known for its unique architecture with a majority of buildings dating to the early nineteenth century. RunSalem.org offers a 5K group run (3.26 miles to be exact) that highlights some of the city's most famous historic landmarks.

Join us on the last Saturday of the month at 10:00 a.m. outside the Salem Maritime National Historic Site Visitors Center on 2 New Liberty Street. The Signature Group Tour is priced at $30.00 and includes a 5K tour, digital photographs, and a RunSalem souvenier tee shirt.

Highlighted sights include stops at the Salem Common, the grounds of the House of the Seven Gables, Derby Wharf, and a sprint up Chestnut Street—often called one of the most beautiful streets in America.
