Scratch Kitchen believes in the beauty of full-flavored meals, made from scratch with natural, fresh ingredients from local sustainable farms. Owners Christine & Bill Fogarty recently opened their restaurant in downtown Salem, which is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday and brunch on Saturday & Sunday mornings. They feature sandwiches such as pulled pork (which can be ordered with a fried egg on top, by the way), shrimp po' boy, smoked brisket, house-made bacon and peanut butter, fish tacos, and various veggie options too!
