This American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR/AED Initial/Renewal Course is designed for healthcare providers or aspiring healthcare providers who care for patients in a wide variety of settings, both in and out of hospital.
Intended Audience: Healthcare providers, such as physicians; nurses; respiratory therapists; physical and occupational therapists; physician assistants; residents; fellows; pharmacists or pharmacy students; medical or nursing students; aides; medical or nursing assistants; dental or dental assistants; paramedics; EMT's, fireman, policeman; and other allied health personnel.
Course includes a student manual (required), materials, and written exam. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a CPR card valid for (2) years.

When Seconds Count provides CPR/AED, ACLS, first aid, choke response and EMT training for healthcare professionals, colleges, schools, restaurants, childcare providers and other individuals. Classes are taught by experienced EMTs and paramedics throughout Salem and New England. When Seconds Count offers classes in Spanish, small class sizes, group rates and videos with closed captioning for the hearing impaired.
