"Hi, I'm Esmeralda and I'm a beautiful girl who is full of love. I'm a rescued street dog from Puerto Rico and this means I'm extremely smart and fall in love very easily with people who are nice to me. I'm not used to being treated kindly in Puerto Rico. I'm looking for a family with patience to help me learn what is expected of me. I'm looking for an active family because I am a young dog and I want to run and play. Please ask about me. I'm a great little dog looking for the love of my first family."

I am a supporter of the shelter and have several adopted pets from them. Also, I will collect and take any newspapers, cat/dog food or checks up to the shelter.
