7:00 p.m. — Snow Emergency Declared.

10:00 p.m. — Citywide parking ban begins.

11:00 p.m. — Forecasts adjusted, Salem expected to get 2 to 4 inches.

Tuesday, Jan. 22

12:05 a.m. — Forecasts adjusted, Salem expected to get 1 to 3 inches.

5:00 a.m. — Looks like Salem got just a dusting overnight.

6:00 a.m. — Snow Emergency Ends.
