There's an open space in the Upper Washington Street parking lot, and we want to know what you'd like to see there.
The building, which is available through RCG, is located adjacent to Metro PCS and steps away Starbucks and Frankenstein's Art.

@ John, LOL...ditto re the parking meter!
I'd love to see a self service pet wash place with a cat area and a dog area. Salem is so pet friendly, and I know I would rather pay a few bucks to bathe and blow dry my guys (especially after a romp on the beach) somewhere more ergonomically appropriate than my cramped bathroom!
