In celebration of Salem Fall Restaurant Week, Executive Chef Esther Marin gave us a behind-the-scenes look at the dishes you can find on the menu. The first, Crema Poblano is a special soup exclusively offered on the Restaurant Week menu and the second, Puntas de Filete Chipotle, is featured regularly.
