Salem has four restaurants that feature mexican cuisine, but none have been in Salem as long as Cilantro. In celebration of Salem Fall Restaurant Week, Executive Chef Esther Marin gave us a behind-the-scenes look at the dishes you can find on the menu. The first, Crema Poblano is a special soup exclusively offered on the Restaurant Week menu and the second, Puntas de Filete Chipotle, is featured regularly.
