Salem Police Make 9 Arrests
The following was provided by the Salem Police. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
The Salem Police made the following arrests on Monday and Tuesday.
Monday, Aug. 7
Caitlin Ann Forbes, 21, of 26 Beverly Ave. in Marblehead was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and a one-way street violation.
Tuesday, Aug. 8
Mark Christo Blackburn, 49, of 74 Bridge St. was arrested on a warrant.
Anthony J. Bufalino, 40, of 550 Eastern Ave. in Lynn was arrested on a warrant.
Antonio Delawre Burton, 21, who is listed as homeless was arrested on a charge of violating the city's public drinking ordinance.
Omar Alvare Concepcion, 30, of 34 O'Bryant St. in Charleston was arrested on two warrants.
Dana Anthony Dinsmore, 52, of 2 Downing St. was arrested on a warrant.
Andrew M. Lohman, 45, who is listed as homeless was arrested on a warrant.
Troy Steven McDermott, 23, of 14 Pingree St. was arrested on a warrant.
Aparicio Smart, 22, of 7 March St. was arrested on five charges of assault be a dangerous weapon. He was also charged with disturbing the peace.
