Monday, Dec. 17:

• At 5:29 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Norton Terrace.
• At 6:31 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Curtis Street. Michael F. Morrissey, 45, of 9 Curtis St., Salem, was arrested for having an outstanding warrant and on charges of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (glass bottle).
• At 6:56 p.m., police responded to a sewer backup on Margin Street.
• At 9:05 p.m., police responded to a report of a domestic assault and battery on Loring Avenue.
• At 10:23 p.m., police responded to Porter Street for a report of a fight inside an apartment.

Tuesday Dec. 18:

• At 1:57 a.m., police stopped a motorist on Loring Avenue. Bryan N. Ortiz-Flores, 21, of 12 Langdon St., Salem, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
• At 8:20 a.m., police responded to a reported disturbance at North Shore Medical Center. 
• At 9:03 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Leggs Hill Road.
• At 9:08 a.m., police responded to a disturbance on Washington Street. Jeremy Ray, 25, of 31 Salem St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
• At 10:19 a.m., a Lawrence Street man called police to report that he had been contacted by a suspected phone scammer who told him he won the lottery.
• At 12:29 p.m., a woman looking to sell a coke machine online called police to report that someone tried to get her to send them a check for $2,000.
• At 12:46 p.m., police responded to a report of someone putting traffic cones in the middle of the street on Butler Street.
• At 1:37 p.m., police responded to a report of stolen clothing at the North Street Laundromat. A man said his girlfriend's $150 jacket was stolen.
• At 1:56 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Adams Street. Jeremy D. Osgood, 33, of the streets of Salem, was arrested on charges of trespassing and larceny of merchandise valued under $250.
• At 2:25 p.m., police responded to a report of vandalism at Kernwood Country Club. An employee told police that someone dug a hole near the cup on the 10th green and damaged a warning device used to alert golfers on the course. The damage was estimated at approximately $2,500.
• At 2:32 p.m., police responded to a reported shoplifting on New Derby Street.
