Salem Declares Snow Emergency Starting at 1 A.M.
Starting at 1 a.m., no cars will be allowed to park on Salem's streets.
The city has set 1 a.m. Tuesday as the time when a snow emergency goes into effect. At that time, parking will no longer be allowed on Salem's streets.
According to the National Weather Service, the city is expected to get between 2 and 4 inches of snow by the end of the day Tuesday.
