Post Your Own Press Releases and Events

Post your own events and announcements. Together, we can be the quintessential gathering space on the North Shore.

 

Salem Patch strives to be the go-to place online, where you can find everything that is going on in the Witch City, from the latest on Bridge Street to the latest from the City Council elections.

But we need your help.

If you’re organizing an event – or simply hear about an event that is planned locally – please let us know.

You can either send all the pertinent information to Calendar Editor Erica Foster at ericalfoster@gmail.com or, even easier and quicker – add it yourself.

If you wish to post an announcement or press release on your own, we have you covered.

First, be sure you are a Salem Patch User. To do this, click in the right hand corner of the site where it says "Log In." The site will then prompt you to create a user name and password if you don't already have them.

Then:

To add an announcement — Follow this link: Announce it to everyone!

To add an event — Follow this link: Put it on the calendar!

Voile, it’s online for everyone to see in Salem.

Calendar events for the current day can be seen on the homepage in a box to the bottm right and to look ahead, simply click “events” in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page to look for local events as far ahead as you’d like.
