If you’re organizing an event – or simply hear about an event that is planned locally – please let us know.
If you wish to post an announcement or press release on your own, we have you covered.
First, be sure you are a Salem Patch User. To do this, click in the right hand corner of the site where it says "Log In." The site will then prompt you to create a user name and password if you don't already have them.
To add an announcement — Follow this link: Announce it to everyone!
To add an event — Follow this link: Put it on the calendar!
Voile, it’s online for everyone to see in Salem.
Calendar events for the current day can be seen on the homepage in a box to the bottm right and to look ahead, simply click “events” in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page to look for local events as far ahead as you’d like.
