"We have a newly engaged couple, a single mother of three, and other hard-working people who have been drained of their money, all looking for a new start in life. To add insult to injury, the economy is already a fight for these people and the holidays are right ahead of them. This is a sad case and one we want to put an end to."

The said more victims may come forward in the coming days.

Police are unable to release a photo as part of the investigation at this time, but "we are asking anyone who knows his whereabouts to call us," Page said.

"All information is confidential. We have been in negotiations with him to turn himself in, but his promises go unfilled. We know he has morning appointments in either Lynn or Peabody, but we don’t know where exactly," Page added. "Any help would be appreciated. I know the victims would feel a little better, too.”
