Monday/Tuesday Bookings Include 5 Heroin Arrests

A look at Monday and Tuesday arrests in the City.

The following is a list of Monday/Tuesday arrests in the Witch City. Five heroin-related arrests stemmed from the same call about a domestic on Harbor Street late Monday night.

Monday Arrests

  • Nathan Harrington, 34, of 490 Rantoul St., in Beverly, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Curtis Perry McDermott, 19, of 21 Harbor St., was arrested on heroin charges, including illegal possession of a Class A substance, illegal possession of a Class A substance with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute in a school zone.
  • Todd Allen McDermott, 21, of 21 Harbor St., was arrested on heroin charges, including illegal possession of a Class A substance, illegal possession of a Class A substance with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute in a school zone.
  • Gilberto Monteros, 36, of 76 Light St., in Lynn, was arrested on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without being licensed.
  • Daniel Stone Jr. , 28, of 258 Washington St., in Peabody, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle after a license suspension (subsequent offense) and speeding.

  • Joshua Logan Berry, 21, of 30 Aborn St., was arrested on domestic assault and battery charges.
  • Mark Christopher Blackburn, 48, of 12 Twilight Path, in Derry, NH, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Jonathan William Bruno, 25, of 19 Park St., was arrested on heroin charges including illegal possession of a Class A substance, illegal possession of a Class A substance with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute in a school zone.
  • Troy Steven McDermott, 22, of 21 Harbor St., was arrested on heroin charges including illegal possession of a Class A substance, illegal possession of a Class A substance with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute in a school zone.
  • Cody Zachary-Charles Sousa, 19, of 14 Lathrop St., was arrested on a charge of being present where heroin was knowingly being kept.
