I think the first question about the schools,that didn't get answered,is exactly why the council may have concerns about letting the mayor speak in th council. She is very good at talking but not saying much.

I think it's sad that she won't accept some responsibility for what happened. Hopefully someone will run against her in the next election, I'd even vote for Klassy if he/she were the only one running against her.
