Credit Agency Tells Police Salem Man 'Talks Crazy'

The Salem Police responded to the following calls and made the following arrests on Monday and Tuesday.
Monday, July 2
5:07 p.m. — Western Mass. Credit called police to report a Derby Street man calls them and yells over the phone. The agency said the man is "incoherent" and "talks crazy."
5:15 p.m. — Police responded to Bridge Street on a call a rider insulted a bus driver.
5:32 p.m. — An issue between neighbors was reported on Leach Street. Police said a woman told them she bought a bird feeder that the neighbors didn't like, and then the bird feeder was stolen. The woman said she bought another one, and it went missing the next day.
7:38 p.m. — Loud motorcycles were reported on Williams Street.
9:06 p.m. — Police responded to a fireworks complaint on Dearborn Street.
10:04 p.m. — "Kids looking to buy liquor" were reported on North Street.
10:24 p.m. — Fireworks were reported on Porter Street Court.
Monday Arrests
Lana Frances Everett, 30, of 13 Leavitt St. was arrested on a warrant.
Todd Nardella, 29, of 30 Raymond Ave. was arrested on a larceny charge.
Tuesday, July 3
1:14 a.m. — A loud group in an apartment was reported on Ward Street.
2:40 a.m. — Police said a fight in the street with a bat was reported, but police weren't able to find anything.
9:01 a.m. — A Williams Street resident turned in two machetes.
12:10 p.m. — A collision between a bicyclist and skateboarder was reported at Hawthorne Boulevard and Charter Street.
Tuesday Arrests
Matthew M. Desmond, 41, of 18 Cresent Dr. was arrested on a warrant.
Courtney R. Peterson, 22, of 24 South St. was arrested on a disorderly person charge.
Kristine Robertson, 27, of 30 Hilltop Dr. in Beverly was arrested on charges of operating after a license suspension, operating an uninsured vehicle, operating with an expired inspection sticker and operating an unregistered vehicle.
