Our mission is to outreach to the residents of the Massachusetts North Shore area, to build upon existing resources and strengths. By creating behavioral and environmental activities and campaigns, we will advocate on behalf of its residents to create greater awareness and opportunities for positive change.

This survey will provide us a residents' view on where Salem requires improvement or change. We appreciate you taking a moment out of your time to do your part in bettering your community! One random participant will receive their choice of a psychic reading or bodywork session as our thanks!
