Great Job to all the police dept. involved in the handling of Halloween night in downtown Salem. I was downtown that night and saw a happy crowd(dancing) taking advantage of the free bands,a lot of picture taking of people in various costumes and a general jovial crowd. For the police to handle any disturbances in a crowd this huge was a dedicated feat to law enforcement that this city should be proud.
