I was just thinking the same thing. From the look of it they added on a small garage and upped the price $20k.

I got an early look around the house thanks to the cleaning crew that was prepping it for its first open house last year. In my mind, the dampness I saw in the basement meant that the space was only good for one thing ... storage shelving a couple of feet off the ground.
