For Kids Only Afterschool (FKO) is proud to announce that they will be offering an 8-week summer program at the Bates School.  Enrollment is open to any Salem Public School student who is entering Kindergarten through 8th grade in Fall 2012.  Since 2007, FKO has been the afterschool provider at the Bates School and is excited to remain open during the summer months.  FKO's summer program will focus on providing a variety of fun, hands-on enrichment activities that promote learning and prevent summer learning loss.  A literacy specialist will be available to help students build reading and writing skills and complete their summer reading assignments.  Each day is structured to provide plenty of time for fun and free choice, but also for opportunities to learn about art, health, math and science, culture and community.  See the attached flyer for more information or call For Kids Only Afterschool at 978-740-5437 for information and to register your child.  Space is limited!
