The Darek Barcikowski for Councilor Committee in corporation with Art Throb has organized a ROCK THE VOTE concert which will take place at the GuluGulu Cafe on Sunday, November 6th beginning at 7 pm.

The event will feature local talents including the Dejas, Black Dog Brother, Clay Ventre and the Bond Girls, Lady Gi Gi, Mystique Javon, Gregory Glenn, and Devon Scalisi.

“We need to get people excited about next Tuesday’s elections, especially young voters, and this is why we planned this event”, says Barcikowski. “This is not a campaign event, this is a Salem event. We had 8% of registered voters participate in the primaries. We can do better than that. I hope Sunday’s event can build some enthusiasm and momentum.”

The event is free of charge and open to the public.
